The section titled II- EXPLANATIONS ON DECLARATION BOXES of ANNEX 14 of the Customs Regulation
B. Box 9 under the IMPORT heading: Exporter’s name in the paragraph under the financial responsible person subheading.
The phrase “Importer” is rearranged, and in the import declarations, the box of the financially responsible person

14 of the section titled “II- EXPLANATIONS ON DECLARATION BOXES” “B. under the heading “IMPORT”
In the paragraph under the sub-heading of “Box 9: Financial Responsible Person”, the phrase “Exporter” is replaced by “Importer”.

ARTICLE 2- This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 3- The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Commerce.
